Are you open 24 hours a day?

Yes, once you have secured your unit and it has been confirmed, you will be able to access your unit 24/7.

Is there a contract that complicates moving out

No! Simply notify the office of your intent in writing at least 6 days prior to vacating the unit. The unit will be considered vacant when it is empty, and your lock is removed. No refunds are given for the unused portion of the rent but you are not obliged or in contract.

What are some prohibited Item in my storage unit?

What Lock do you recommend?

We will give you a lock for only $1 at signup!

But you are are also welcome to bring your own. Here is the lock we recommend. 👉 Seach the following in Amazon. "Master Lock M50XD Magnum Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Discus Padlock". Also available at any local hardware or lumber store. The important part is that it is the round type lock for security reasons.

Is billing on the fist of the month?

We use “Anniversary of move-in” Billing Cycle. But if you prefer, we can move you to "First of the month billing". Just ask us!

Is there a late payment fee?

Yes, for obvious reasons we do have a late fee. However, its simply 10% of your late invoice. If you are ever having an issue, just reach out an communicate. We are willing to work out a solution.

What types of payments are accepted?

Really any kind, but we certainly prefer credit cards (all major carriers). However if you prefer cash, check or the like, that is ok as well.

Can I reserve a unit for FREE?

Yes, you can reserve a unit for free, payment will be processed when you move-in.
